Classes fill up quickly so form will not always be 100% accurate – be sure to state a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class choice on form.

Forms are a fillable PDF and can be filled out online and emailed back to [email protected].

All registrations are posted according to email day and time received.

CLASSES DAYS AND TIMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO REGISTRATION NUMBERS – CONFIRMATIONS OF CLASSES WILL GO OUT LAST WEEK OF MARCH 2024 BY EMAIL

Session prices are per session and include HST, Gymnastics Recreational registration fees and insurance.

Payment is either cheque or cash –  (sorry no e transfer or credit card due to bank charges & keeping costs down) there will be a new drop off box at the club this year by September.

Email address is mandatory on all registration forms, as well as the Gymnast Information form must accompany all registrations.  We do not do individual receipts so please keep a copy of your registration form for reference.

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

FOR THE WEEKS OF JULY 8-15TH OR JULY 1+5-19TH OR 22-25TH

1/2 DAYS FOR $150.00 PER WEEK

8:30 am to 12:30 pm for ages 4 – 6      

12:30 pm to 5:00 pm for ages 7 – 13+

Payment is due at time of registration and class availability is subject to change as classes fill up

You can register for  all sessions (1st/2nd/3rd) at the same time and, with a post dated cheque for each session.  If you have multi children registering for classes you receive a $10.00 per child discount off their registration fee

All fees include HST $20.00, Gymnastics Ontario $35.00 Insurance Fee and $25.00  Recreational Registration Fee

All athletes must have completed REGISTRATION forms AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK FORMS and fees handed in to be registered for their class and no participation in class permitted as no insurance will be available until they are received

Please note due to volume I try to answer emails once per week – if you have not received an email response after 2 days – please resend your original email

Emails are  answered only weekly DURING HOLIDAY WEEKS OR IF CLUB IS CLOSED

All members acknowledge that we do not make up snow days/member absent due to sick days/vacations etc.

Club is CLOSED FOR MARCH BREAK 2024

CANCELLATIONS:  your class can be cancelled at no charge before classes start.  Refunds will be given if cancelled within the first 2 weeks of classes – refund for remaining classes will be given minus the $55.00 Gymnastics Fees.  After that refunds will be given only for cancellations due to medical reasons.
